Are you a self-starter with strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities? CCTA is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our small team. This role involves engaging with clients and managing day-to-day office operations. Key Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to build rapport with diverse groupsStrong time management skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented with a solution-focused mindsetFull NZ Driver's LicenseResponsibilities: Provide office support, including preparing resources for teaching staff and assisting with daily operationsDeliver high-quality customer service and sales support through various channels: in-person, phone, and emailMaintain accurate records in line with company standardsAdditional Information: Location: HendersonWork Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PMAt CCTA, we believe that a well-trained workforce is crucial for a safe and productive environment.
