About the role We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Neuro Rehab Results Ltd in Wairau Valley, Auckland on a contract basis.
As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our practice and providing administrative support to our clinical staff.
What you'll be doing Manage all general office administration tasks including filing, document management, data entry and answering phone callsProvide support to the practice manager and clinical staff with scheduling appointments, coordinating patient bookings and managing patient recordsMaintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as neededAssist with the preparation of reportsLiaise with external service providers and vendors as requiredHelp to implement and maintain office policies and proceduresWhat we're looking for Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly mannerProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learnWhat we offer At Neuro Rehab Results Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
