Join a well-established and respected family-run property valuation company with over 30 years of experience servicing wider Auckland. With an office based in Albany, parking available on-site and a great office environment, this is the perfect part-time position for an experienced office administrator looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work.
Some more information about the role
Working closely with two part-time administrators, you will work 3 days per week, the essential working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Key duties:
Dictation typing of inspection notes
Set up valuation jobs in the systems
Manage diaries and arrange appointments with clients
Prepare invoices and create job numbers
Data entry and filing
Answer the phone and respond to email enquiries
Occasionally, you may be required to cover holiday or sick leave for the other office administrator.
So, who are you and what is your profile?
We are looking for someone with experience across administration, dictation or transcription typing. If you have previous experience in property and real estate, this would be advantageous but is not essential.
Fast and accurate typing skills
A high level of computer literacy skills (primarily Microsoft Word)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Able to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure
A great attitude and positive work ethic.
