Your attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision make you an asset to the team.What you will be doing:This position will suit an experienced Office Administrator and allow you to contribute your skills to a dedicated and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of our busy Onehunga office. This is a dynamic role where your experience will ensure the office and site activities are well-organised and efficient and will include a wide variety of taskings including. Site visits –to stay on top of admin tasks across sites, including maintaining and updating site registers Helping the Office Manager with office and site events Order and maintain stationery supplies, kitchen stock, and other miscellaneous office items required for the main office and site offices Maintain an efficient filing and archiving system following the Project procedures and quality control frameworks Prepare purchase order (PO) documentation and receipt the dockets with JDE Attend to general incoming queries, directing them to relevant staff members Qualifications and Experience: Current Class 1 Driver's Licence. NCEA Level 1 or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the construction sector is highly desirable. Strong administrative and customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential. All successful applicants will be required to undertake a Ministry of Justice and pre-employment drug and medical checks.Please apply online now!
