Time left to apply: End Date: October 17, 2024 (20 days left to apply) Job requisition ID: REQ-20831 The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as Office Administrator for a fixed term until the end of March 2025.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with our GM Manufacturing, this is a part-time role for 28-32 hours per week (hours can be agreed with the successful candidate) with flexibility in how the hours are worked.
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of general administrative duties, including: Updating/maintaining our HRIS (Workday) Assisting with employee on/off-boarding Supporting our Health and Safety function Maintaining employee records Providing payroll and recruitment support Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports Creating sales orders and goods receipting Organising company events Assisting with travel arrangements Liaising with vendors Managing timesheets Assisting with project administration Providing support to the workshop/stores team Assisting with management of on-site cafeteria About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have some previous experience in a similar role Be a competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ideally, have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday (or another HRIS) Know what's important and be able to prioritise accordingly Have excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful disposition Be adaptable and proactive Ideally, be able to start the week beginning 7 October 2024 What We Offer: Supportive and flexible work environment Opportunity to develop your skills Free on-site parking Subsidised on-site cafeteria Matching contribution to KiwiSaver up to 4% Apply now To express your interest in applying for a position as an Office Administrator, please submit your CV and cover letter (cover letter optional).
