What we are looking for?
We are looking for an Office Administrator/Customer Liaison to join our Network Outcomes Contract (State Highway Maintenance Contract) team based in Alexandra.
The Role:
This would suit an administrator with experience in a similar administration role or someone ready to step up to the next level in their career.
You will provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person while ensuring we meet contractual response timeframes to queries.
General office administration duties including financial and payroll data entry and minute taking.
Support to the Contract Management team members.
Strong focus on health and safety management/administration.
What you'll bring to the table
Computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Suite; word, excel, outlook etc is a must.
Have the ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience in a similar position - is advantageous but will consider anyone with the right attitude.
The ability to work within a team environment.
Tidy and presentable.
Strong communication skills; verbally on the phone and in person.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Positive, can-do attitude and ready to start work now!
Hold a current drivers licence.
