The role/Te mahi This highly specialised Administrator role, based at the Otago Medical School, supports the development, coordination, and management of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery programme assessments. This involves coordinating in-course, exam, and summative assessments and delivering assessment results for the Boards of Censors in Years 2-6 of the programme (ELM and ALM). In addition, you will be assisting with updating assessment policies and procedures documents and coordinating alternative arrangements for in-course and end-of-year assessments, Special Consideration, and other assessment-related requests from staff and students. The role also provides secretarial support to the Assessment Sub-Committee (MASC) and the Convener of the Sub-committee.
