Office Administrator – Auckland

Your background with administration is a big plus, but full training provided.
?Commencement starts from mid December – early January.
Responsibilities: Handling phone calls and emails
Human Resources related administrations
Employee attendance records check
Claiming and dealing with business insurance
Place of Work: [Insert location details here]
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Weekends and public holidays off
40 hours a week between 8:00-17:30
Suitable candidates are: Friendly and honest
Self-learner
Holding right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visa is not applicable)
Business level Japanese required
HR, recruitment, staff training implementation experience is a big plus
