About our ClientA leader in the manufacturing and distribution of security and access solutions, who are seeking a talented and experienced sales/channel management leader in this newly created role.Your RoleAs OEM Channel Manager, you will be the crucial link between the company and key accounts in your market segment. Your role will drive brand growth by fostering strong relationships within our OEM customer base, and utilising creative and innovative ways to grow the business alongside your team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management: Lead and inspire the OEM Sales team of 4. Achieve budget targets and manage commercial and relationship aspects of key accounts, including Prime System Suppliers.Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the National Sales Director to craft and implement national sales strategies. Align sales activities with growth objectives and ensure seamless integration with the Residential Sales team.Performance and Development: Set performance expectations, identify skill gaps, and drive the development of your team. Manage growth objectives and ensure effective sales force execution.Product Management: Work closely with the Product Manager(s) and wider team to oversee new product launches and maintain product performance. Provide data-driven recommendations to keep our offerings competitive.General Business Operations: Streamline processes, manage stock levels, and control expenditure. Enter into contractual arrangements within delegated authority and support various projects as required.What We're Looking ForProven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales channel management within a related field. Experience (or the aspiration to be) leading successful teams and executing growth strategies will be a plus.Skills and Knowledge: Strong presentation and client relationship skills, a solid grasp of P&L financials, and technological savvy.Behavioural Attributes: Influential with a growth mindset and a passion for customer service.
