Job Description Based in the Restoration Ecology Team within our Healthy Oceans Group this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scientist to join an active and collaborative team to develop and lead research and consultancy projects related to issues relevant to tangata whenua, industry, community groups, councils and central government. The position will involve fieldwork, liaising directly with clients and funding agencies, delivering technical reports and research outputs. Desired Skills and Experience You will have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others including building client relationships. A PhD with expertise in marine ecology and substantial consulting and research experience is required as you will be leading and contributing to multidisciplinary projects. In addition, a background in climate change, restoration ecology, risk assessment, and scientific diving would be advantageous, as would a strong publication record. #J-18808-Ljbffr
