Our experienced team in Wellington is looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist OR Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary clinics and support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.
This role is ideal for somebody looking to work outside of the 9-5 and needing flexibility to suit their lifestyle.
This role will focus on our Stay at Work services, providing an early intervention service to assist a client to safely recover from injury while participating in employment to the fullest extent possible.
You will work with the client, employer and other medical providers to identify and remove barriers to return to work, and develop safe return to work plans which promote recovery/ rehabilitation of the client/employee and work for the employer.
