The Opportunity Are you a skilled and motivated clinician ready to embrace a new challenge? We are launching an innovative Early Supported Discharge (ESD) service, and we're looking for dedicated Allied Health Clinicians to join our team from the ground up! This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new service, designed to support patients in transitioning from hospital to home. As part of our dynamic ESD team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be vital in enhancing patient recovery through early discharge and home-based rehabilitation.

We are looking for individuals who: Have an enthusiastic, energetic, resilient attitude with a 'can do' mindsetCan work effectively within a teamHold New Zealand registration with the appropriate registration board and a current practising certificateAre driven with a strong desire to help clients and whanau achieve their goalsHave effective written, oral and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and culturesBring strong organisational and time management skillsHold a full New Zealand clean and current driver's licenceExperience working in a similar environment would be an advantage but is not essentialPalmerston North is a great place to live with a culturally diverse population, plenty of outdoor activities, a great variety of eateries, and a reasonable cost of living in the region.
