Occupational Medical Administrator - Wellington You will play a key role coordinating Occupational Medical services to ensure a consistent and quality service for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire process of addressing enquiries, scheduling medical clinics and appointments to meet customer needs, allocating bookings to doctors and other clinicians, providing medical reports and invoicing in our client management system. We work closely with ACC and you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential information, so a high degree of professionalism and maturity is a must.
We are a national business with 45 clinics located from Auckland to Invercargill, so once you're up and running, there's opportunity to add more to the business if you're keen, self-motivated and show initiative.

Strong administration and data processing skills with a focus on quality and detail.
Great IT skills are desired as we hope to find someone capable of driving process improvement.
Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
A proactive communicator with a solution-focused approach.
Exceptional organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage services within scheduled timeframes.
You'll be a natural problem solver and critical thinker.
A self-starter with initiative and drive, who works well autonomously and prioritises effectively.
