Occupational Medical Administrator - Wellington You will play a key role coordinating Occupational Medical services to ensure a consistent and quality service for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire process of addressing enquiries, scheduling medical clinics and appointments to meet customer needs, allocating bookings to doctors and other clinicians, providing medical reports and invoicing in our client management system. We work closely with ACC and you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential information, so a high degree of professionalism and maturity is a must.
We are a national business with 45 clinics located from Auckland to Invercargill, so once you're up and running, there's opportunity to add more to the business if you're keen, self-motivated and show initiative.
