We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Manager – NZ to join the team at our Wiri manufacturing site. Through the support of the Finance Director – ANZ Foods, the purpose of this position is to lead the NZ CU finance agenda and contribute to the transformation of the NZ business by driving enhanced business performance and initiatives that deliver year-on-year sustainable growth algorithms while maintaining sound financial controls and business practices.
The role requires strong people management and business partnering skills to collaborate and influence across ANZ BU and lead a team of finance professionals. The role also fulfills responsibilities of a statutory finance director which include ownership of statutory filings, health and safety agenda, and other board matters.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, your job will be to:
Lead partnership with NZ GM and site leadership to monitor and deliver financial plans.
Lead site financial performance calls, scorecarding of performance and highlight risk and opportunities in delivering plan.
Ensure forward financial forecast reflects key changes expected in business performance.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Sales and Category to develop & implement promotional pricing strategies to maximise system profit and deliver balanced NRR upside.
Develop and own NRM strategic plan, encompassing net pricing, pack price architecture, trade terms optimisation and mix management for New Zealand.
Lead and drive non-routine risk assessment and drive remediation of enterprise risk related to the process.
Demonstrate ownership on statutory financial filings, health and safety, and other board matters.
Lead the development of NZ CU algorithm and target setting process including timelines, communications and regular progress updates and meetings.
Support NZ CU GM and site leadership in driving ownership and delivery of plans.
Drive initiatives that contribute towards the sustainable NOPBT growth of the NZ CU, including conceive, align, and initiating projects.
NZ lead of the local IT systems productivity agenda, partnering with ANZ based IT BRM's to evaluate, sponsor & project manage various initiatives for the NZ CU.
Interface with ANZ BU Transformation as required for resourcing and funding of transformation projects.
Lead and manage NZ CU finance function and demonstrate influence across ANZ BU to drive NZ CU performance and initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectation (BLT/FLT) on NZ plan delivery and initiatives.
Partner with senior leaders (B1+) to drive transformation agenda.
Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, and welfare of our people.
Qualifications
You will have:
Bachelor degree/CPA/CA.
10+ years' finance leadership, FMCG experience in a financial target driven environment with exposure to statutory director responsibilities.
Demonstrated people management experience in resource constrained environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication and change management skills.
Systems skills: Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.

Able to work with cross-functional teams, people management.
A team player and demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking.
