As the Area Manager for NZ, you will play a crucial role in guiding their high-performing NZ teams to deliver standards of excellence and world-class customer experiences. You will oversee the NZ stores, and mentor, coach and develop the leadership teams to achieve overall targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor and coach leaders to achieve their career goals and ensure a strong succession planLead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving salesWork with teams to maximize sales, offer world-class customer experiences, and meet store targetsBuild and maintain a phenomenal company culture of motivation and high performanceSet and achieve individual and store sales targets while focusing on customer satisfactionManage performance effectively and provide hands-on training to teamsAbout You: Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager within fashion and /or homewares retail, and ready to take on full ownership of the NZ storesStrong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to represent NZ retail for their brand Passionate about building on an already amazing company culture and motivating teams Ability to drive high performance, meet targets, and manage performance effectively Experience in hands-on training, performance management, and working autonomously Benefits: A competitive base salary + car allowance + performance-based incentivesOpportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic retail environment Access to tailored learning and development programs Supportive team culture and a chance to make a meaningful impact Plus insane staff discounts on the most dreamist of products!
