Nurse Prescriber - Tauranga

Tend has 4 clinics across Tauranga-Greerton, South City, Papamoa & Bethlehem.
We are looking for a nurse prescriber to work at the top of their scope.We aim to provide a great experience and high level of service while improving the health of our patients.
This is supported with the latest technology, innovations, and great practice culture.Our nurse team of 15 all operate at the top of their scope and work alongside an experienced and supportive GP team.We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our friendly team permanently, ideally 4 days or more.We provide our Nurses with:Development opportunities including post graduate study & external coursesAPC reimbursement (annual)Indemnity insurance reimbursement (annual)Mentoring and supportSupportive working environmentThe ideal candidate will have:Registered with Nursing Council of NZ and hold current practice certificatePrescriber scope of practiceCPR level 4Strong triage and health assessment skillsThe ability to prioritise, with a high attention to detailIntermediate computer skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our patients, staff, and clientsPreferred additional qualifications and experience:2+ years as a practice nurseExperience with managing diabetes and other chronic diseasesWe will review all applications on the week of 6th January 2025 - Meri Kirihimete & Happy New Year in the meantime!
