Te whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity We have three roles available for experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our dedicated Primary and Community Healthcare team.
The hours for this position will include rostered shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday.
An occasional Saturday shift may be required and part-time working hours will also be considered.
Our team works with whanau where it best suits them.
This means we provide home visiting options, attend local community events to encourage engagement, and liaise with local marae and iwi to ensure support is always there for whanau who need it most.
You will be supported to enhance your clinical knowledge with the guidance of our GPs, Nurse Leads, and Directors of Nursing.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working within the community and is eager to educate the whanau we work with.
You will ideally have experience supporting Nurse Prescribers during their prescribing practicums and be able to conduct thorough health assessments for patients with multiple needs.
