If you are ready to step up into a leadership role, or are already an experienced nurse manager, this is the role for you. Mentoring and support will be available for the right candidate.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday. Lead a diverse nursing team (Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Practice Care Assistants) for safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.Manage recruitment, daily operations, collaborate with centre leadership, and develop care models for improved health outcomes and medical centre efficiency.Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.Key attributes include: A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificateLeadership and management aspirationsYour practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of WaitangiClinical experience and passion for primary care and primary care nursingPostgraduate qualification is highly desirableGreat communication skills at all levelsTo apply online, click the Apply Now button below.
