Nurse Manager/Lead Nurse General Practice We are a growing General Practice which looks after patients mainly based around the Hobsonville area. Our practice is owned and run by GP's who work in the clinic. We pride ourselves on having a warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who are ready to help one another as part of a team. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible Lead Nurse to join our amazing team. You would be working in a leadership role alongside a team of seven other nurses in collaboration with our doctors, reception, and management team. Full time or part time hours available. Skills and experience Ideally you will: Be an authorised vaccinator Be a credentialed smear taker Be a team player, friendly, reliable We use Indici PMS, so experience with this system would be useful but is not essential. Ideal candidates will: Have prior nursing management or coordination experience (highly regarded but not essential) Demonstrate strong clinical and computer skills Have prior experience with rostering, policy/procedure review and creation Have a warm, kind and confident bedside manner Be organised and well presented Enjoy working within a busy team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
