We are looking for someone to join our Noel Leeming Customer Specialist team and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers!
Job Description As a Customer Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
Building rapport with customers by active listening and a mirroring communication style.
Adapting from phone to email when required.
Running efficient case management and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
Keeping up to date with processes, procedures, and products to ensure accurate information is provided.
This is a fixed-term opportunity from October 21st, 2024 through to February 2nd, 2025!
As a retailer, we operate 7 days a week. This role will involve working 40 hours a week across 5 days, including weekend days.
Our hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Qualifications To succeed and feel at home, the successful candidate will have:
Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen.
With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you'll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
Computer literate with a strong eye for detail.
Up for the challenge of working to targets and KPIs.
Adaptable and, of course, passionate about our customers!
