The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient production and packing of our vegetables.You'll be working 12-hour fixed night shifts from 6pm to 6am, operating on a 4 nights on, 4 days off rotation alongside a close-knit team. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential attributes for success in this role.While experience in the food manufacturing industry is advantageous, it's not essential.
