As a Night Laundry Attendant, you will take ownership of the hotel's laundry, ensuring that our room attendants are provided with fresh, clean linens every morning.What you will be doing:Industrially cleaning and accounting for all hotel linensUsing industrial washing machines and driersUsing industrial ironing and folding machinesWorking in a small tight-knit team to achieve nightly targetsYour experience and skills will include:Warm and caring personalityPrevious experience in night shift work in housekeeping is an assetEnthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional serviceAbility to multitask with a can-do attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to cope under pressure without negative impactA high standard of personal presentationAdditional Information:The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual-branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.Our two hotels include Atlas Café & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant, 10 conference/banquet rooms, and InBalance Fitness Centre.This newly created role works across both our Food & Beverage and Front Office departments reporting to the Operations Manager.
