Night Fill Manager

We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Night Fill Manager to oversee our night operations, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and the store is prepared for the day ahead.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the night fill team to ensure timely and efficient restocking of shelves.Organise and prioritize stock replenishment to meet merchandising standards.Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during the night shift.Train, motivate, and manage team members to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.Qualifications and Skills:Prior experience in retail or supermarket management, preferably in a night fill or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Forklift license (desired but not essential).Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under time pressure.Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work night shifts from Thursday to Monday, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM, including weekends and public holidays.Why Join Us?Opportunities for career growth and development.Be part of a dynamic and supportive team.If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
