Night Auditor - Part Time

We are a 4-star Qualmark rated hotel well known for offering a warm welcome and a friendly environment for our guests. As our Part Time Night Auditor, you will be able to proficiently operate the hotels operations on Saturday and Sundays between 11.00pm – 7.30am, including the checking and preparing of reports, statistical information in accordance with service standards and procedures, along with taking responsibility for the safety and security of the building, responding to emergency situations and any guest requests during the night shift. Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts together with extra days along with helping in other departments could be required on occasions. Key responsibilities include: Management of the hotel Front-Office night operation to achieve individualised customer focused service and any flight disrupt enquiries.Management of all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.Audit all Front Office system's ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced.Manage the operation of the night shift, accuracy of this daily function being paramount while maintaining customer focus.Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.Effective liaison with the Reservations team to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield.Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson. This role you will be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as this is a hands-on role.
