The Role | Te mahi We are seeking a Night Auditor to provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds expectations of our guests. This full-time role guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week and is based at Novotel Christchurch Airport. Responsibilities This role reports to the Night Manager. Manage the hotel whilst on shift and when senior managers are not present. Assisting with guest inquiries and ensuring a warm and friendly interaction. Ensure all complaints are dealt with appropriately. Attend to any emergency issues including security, maintenance, fire, or evacuation. Complete audit procedures and tasks, including running financial reports, investigating anomalies, and completing any other end-of-night tasks. Carry out regular security walks and check all areas of the hotel (quality and presence). Front Desk duties during check-in and check-out periods during the night. Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei Must be available to work overnight. Confident and motivated with a strong guest service orientation. Professional personal presentation and a great work ethic. Previous front office experience at a supervisory level. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable in approach and a team player. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
