Job Description: Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a motivated and driven Account Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of account strategies and initiatives - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Assist in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in key account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Valid driver's license Personality Traits: - Motivated - Driven Soft Skills: - Attention to detail - Adaptability Benefits: - Remote work flexibility - Dental insurance - Company transportation Working Environment: At Hertz Global Holdings, we believe in unleashing creativity in a setting that celebrates and nurtures innovation.
