Duties & Responsibilities :To meet, greet & help guests that are arriving and departing the hotelPrepare end of day reports, and ensure accuracy of reconciling and balancing revenue at the end of the shift and preparing the billings for Account ReceivableThoroughly clean all public and staff areas.
Ensure the room service meal orders during the shift are prepared, cooked and delivered to guests' room with a sense of urgency.To carry out regular security checks and report any concerns immediately.
This role works across the night shift starting from 10:30pm and finishing at 7:00am.
