It provides you with the chance to build upon your current skillset. This is a dual role; you will be engaged as a Night Auditor and required to step into the Assistant Night Manager role when the Night Manager is not on site (approximately 2 days per week).The RoleOversee the night operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all guests.Manage and support the night staff, including front desk, security, and housekeeping teams.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Conduct nightly audits, including cash handling, end-of-day reports, and preparation for the next day's operations.Take phone bookings for reservations and monitor the overnight reservations email account.Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols.Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.Uphold the hotel's standards and policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsAbout YouPrevious experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a night shift capacity.Previous reservation experience as hospitality is a live 24-hour-a-day business.Valid First Aid certificate.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in hotel management software and front office systems.Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Valid LCQ certificate and a current holder of a Manager License issued by the local council.Additional InformationSO/ BENEFITSStaff meal while on shift.International accommodation and retail discounts across varying Ennismore & Accor Hotels properties.Family & Friends Hotel Discounts.Opportunities for further development and worldwide career progression within Ennismore/ Accor.Annual reward of a free night's accommodation at the hotel and additional perks!Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
