As we expand in the New Zealand market, we're looking for dedicated, customer-focused technicians to join our dynamic team.
Role: New Zealand Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Commission, optimize, maintain, and repair Reemoon machines locally.
Provide on-site training to customers on machinery operation and maintenance.
Provide remote support to customers.
Ensure top performance of Reemoon machines.
Collaborate with local and overseas technicians to identify and resolve issues.
Submit detailed reports to Reemoon Managers regularly.
Travel within New Zealand and potentially overseas.
Key Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in mechatronics, electrical, electronic, or mechanical disciplines.
Strong communication skills; able to explain complex issues clearly.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-manage and perform under pressure.
Eligibility to work and live in New Zealand (resident or citizen).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Valid driver's license.
