Conduct research on New Zealand's agricultural practices, environmental challenges, and audience interests to craft relevant and effective content strategies. 2. Content Creation & Management: Work closely with writers, editors, and multimedia designers to produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including articles, blogs, social media, and multimedia formats. Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and consistent with Pon Maa Kishan Journal's brand voice, tailored to New Zealand's unique context and issues. 3. SEO & Performance Analytics: Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility and reach. Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and effectiveness. 4. Audience Research & Engagement: Conduct research to understand the needs, challenges, and interests of audiences in New Zealand related to agriculture and environmental topics. Engage with the audience through social media, surveys, and community interactions to gather feedback and refine content strategies. 5. Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and editorial, to ensure efficient content production and distribution. 6. Content Promotion & Distribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships with local organizations and influencers. Explore and implement innovative content formats and distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Requirements: For Freshers : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields. Strong writing, editing, and research skills. Basic understanding of SEO and digital content marketing. Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and environmental issues in New Zealand. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. For Experienced Candidates : 2-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. Expertise in SEO, content optimization, and performance analytics. Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing content production workflows. Knowledge of New Zealand's agricultural and environmental issues is an advantage.
