Job Description Line Cook prepares all food items according to hotel recipes and standards. As a Cook II you proactively prioritize tasks to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality of food for our guests. As a Line Cook, you will possess a complete understanding of the menu, recipes, and presentations and are aware of potential food allergens in each dish. You must have excellent organizational skills and show initiative with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications A minimum of 1-year recent (in the last year) experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen at a comparable level of luxury service as a prep cook, apprentice, or similar role.
Possess a Cook's Training certificate from a High School, College, or University is preferred.
Successful demonstration of high-level culinary and food safety knowledge.
