This is a permanent full-time position located at the Auckland New Zealand Temple, and the successful candidate will be required to work from this location. This position reports to the Temple Clerical Leader.The purpose of the position is to provide administrative services to help accomplish the mission of the Church. The Senior Clerk provides key support for Temple operations, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions.ResponsibilitiesSCHEDULE:Working shift work Tuesday through Saturday. Work schedules may be adjusted during maintenance closures, as needed.Helping temple patrons and members have a beautiful and uplifting experienceServing patrons in-person, over the phone and/or via emailMaintaining specialised records and filesAnswering questions and inquiriesResolving discrepancies and navigating complex problems and issuesPreparing reportsGeneral office and administrative servicesQualificationsProfessional communication both verbally and writtenExcellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
