Recognised as an industry leader in top quality, new home design and construction, Landmark Homes has a growing franchise network throughout New Zealand. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and tenacious individual to join the Landmark Homes team in Auckland – South/ East& Franklin as a New Home Consultant.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and have previous experience working in this sector, is great at building strong relationshipsand supports ourclients through their journeyright from their first experience. Your focus will be providing the best-fit solutions and recommendations to clients on the full scope of Landmark Homes' products, services and capabilities. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through their first steps on the way to building their dream home.
This is an integral role to the success of our business – being the face of Landmark Homes, our clients will look to you for advice, information, guidance, and confidence in making the right choices.
We want to hear from you if you:
Have worked as a sales consultant in the building industry, with a minimum of two years proven track record.
Are looking for a challenging sales position within a well-supported team environment.
Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills.
Possess computer skills and basic administrative skills.
Have strong knowledge of the building industry and a flare for design.
Have an excellent track record in sales or a customer focused business.
Are hardworking, vibrant, and have great organisational skills.
This is a full-time position which requires weekend work. Remuneration is commission based.
