This role is pivotal to maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and supporting seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review cybersecurity events (SIEMs, Zabbix, OpenCanary).Manage Azure services; DevOps experience is a plus.Oversee PKI, backups, replication, and disaster recovery (Veeam preferred).Provide technical support, including ticket creation and follow-ups.Administer Active Directory, email security (Mimecast preferred), and group policies.Script with PowerShell, Batch, or Bash.Manage Windows, Linux, macOS environments, and POS systems.Oversee centralized wireless, Cisco IOS, firewall (Fortigate preferred), and VPN management.Handle mobile device management (MDM) and IT asset tracking.Manage enterprise storage (Fibre Channel SAN, NAS, Sophos) and virtualization (VMware preferred).Perform server builds, hardware upgrades, and network administration.Manage user provisioning, permissions, and OS licensing compliance.What We're Looking For: At least 4 years of experience in network and systems administration.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience with SIEM tools.Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware.Ability to manage and troubleshoot a wide range of IT systems and networks.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication skills and the ability to handle support calls professionally.
