You'll be responsible for the coordination of an effective and efficient network inspection regime of new assets, undertaking routine inspections to identify and record defects whilst monitoring maintenance works and cyclic patrol teams.Road inspections, recording fault defects and proposing suitable solutionsIdentification of risks and corrective actions where requiredAssist in the development of maintenance programmes and provide support to our maintenance teamDirect cyclic crews to ensure works are completed efficiently and audit completed work with a focus on quality and safetyEnsure project operations achieve a superior level of safety performanceRespond to customer queries and cultivate relationships with key stakeholdersNga pukenga matua | Important SkillsAlong with your organised and systematic approach, you'll have a proven track record in network inspection and fault identification/treatment selection, preferably within the maintenance roading industry. You will have the confidence to drive projects, manage relationships and activity to achieve targets.
