Specifically, this includes:Overseeing and supervising four maintenance contracts within our roading portfolio.Preparing plans, estimates, specifications, reports and other related matters associated with operational and maintenance activities.Budget management, quality project execution, and timely delivery of required outcomes.Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, elected members, iwi, community organisations, and other government agencies.Effective leadership through coaching/mentoring, monitoring and supervising two direct reports.Full details of key accountabilities and abilities are available in the Position Description.
