Newly created role within our growing business Location: Kapiti or Horowhenua Senior role acting as 2ic to our GM - Network Electra is committed to operating a safe, reliable electricity network while supporting the growth and decarbonisation of our communities. We are seeking a dynamic Network Asset Manager to lead our asset management initiatives, a strong people leader, and someone to drive continuous improvement within this area.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the annual Asset Management Plan (AMP). Lead asset replacement and renewal projects and programme delivery. Strategic development of asset management and investment planning. Management of assets through risk and condition-based modelling and fleet plans. Provide effective leadership to your team. Building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in asset management. Significant experience within utilities or infrastructure, preferably in electricity distribution. Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Strong analytical skills, with experience in investment modelling and regulatory reporting. What We Offer: A collaborative work environment where everybody's input is valued.
