Nespresso Kiosk Brand Ambassador - Training ProvidedCreative Activation are the number one retail partner in Australia and New Zealand for Merchandisers, Sales Teams, Brand Ambassadors, Mystery Shoppers and Auditors.Job DescriptionAre you outgoing, energetic and have a passion for coffee?Join our Nespresso Kiosk Team for the Holiday Season and represent an Internationally recognised Coffee Brand.Full Time, Part time & Casual Roles AvailableAvailability: Monday - Sunday RosterOpportunity to extend post contractAs a Kiosk BA you will be expected to represent the brand, and to create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers.Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.As a Kiosk Brand Ambassador you will:Engage customers through coffee sampling.Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.Drive brand engagement.About you:You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team.Available to work Monday – Sunday and late night shopping trade hours on a roster system.You have impeccable standards of personal grooming.You excel at communication and relationship building.ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines.Complete coffee transactions.Customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.Maintain accurate records of sales.Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.Work collaboratively with team members.Perform opening and closing duties as required.
