Responsible for the delivery of outstanding housing management services and tenancy management in partnership with other parts of the business and external partners.The successful candidate will:Assist the Neighbourhood Manager in managing performance and supporting frontline neighbourhood teams delivering services direct to customers in line with the vision and values of the organisation.Assist in the delivery of an outstanding housing service for an area including the management of empty homes, tenancy management, liaising with partners and community representatives and deputising for the Neighbourhood Manager as appropriate.Manage performance, including production of appropriate performance data as required, meeting success measures and targets and drive continuous improvement.Be responsible for the delivery of a proactive customer-focused service within a geographic area within the organisation.Be responsible for the delivery of outstanding housing management services and tenancy management in partnership with other parts of the organisation and external partners.The post holder will be required to work across all believe housing locations.Our people are our greatest asset, which is why we value you, encourage you, look after you, and empower you.As well as a competitive salary of £39,441 – £40,712 per annum, some of our top benefits and rewards include:31-33 days of annual leaveWorking the believe way allows us to be more agile in the ways we work and creates a great work-life balance.An excellent pension scheme with 27.1% employer contribution.
