Dedicated to reducing their environmental impact, they manage a fully integrated supply chain—from sourcing the finest leathers to producing premium products for major global brands and of course, producing their own line of premium footwear and accessories.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to join their New Zealand team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving wholesale growth across the country, managing and expanding key accounts, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective wholesale customers.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the brand's ambitious goal of tripling its current sales output within the next few years.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts, providing exceptional service and after-sales support.Drive sales growth and account expansion through strategic planning, merchandising, and in-depth market analysis.Collaborate with the head office and wider teams to ensure cohesive business strategies and optimal product presentation.Conduct regular staff training and product knowledge sessions to ensure teams are aligned with the brand's high standards.Travel across New Zealand (and occasionally to Australia) to meet with accounts, oversee store presentations, and identify new business opportunities.What You'll Bring:A proven track record of success in wholesale sales, within the retail and fashion industry here in NZ.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients and drive commercial success.Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to analyze market trends and deliver on key business objectives.A dynamic, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer:A competitive base salary + car allowance + bonuses.Opportunity to work with an iconic global brand, recognised for its craftsmanship and innovation.Report to a dynamic and inspiring Sales Manager based in Australia, who is passionate about supporting your professional growth and development.Be part of an exciting growth journey as they expand their presence across NZ, as well as globally.If you're passionate about retail and wholesale growth and are ready to make a significant impact in a business with a rich history and strong values, we'd love to hear from you.Please note that this company is unable to support visa applications for this role.
