As our National Support Services Coordinator , you will provide coordination support to the national support services functions including, but not limited to, corporate sustainability, corporate contract management, and coordination support to other support services activities.
In this role you will maintain the collection, analysis and reporting of data, including capturing monthly or quarterly data from suppliers. You will assist in managing corporate contracts, including drafting, and managing corporate agreements. You will also work alongside the National Fleet coordinator as required in supporting compliance activities of our NZTA Waka Kotahi vehicle fleet.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can deliver to a high standard under pressure, work well individually, and as part of a team.
You have strong attention to detail; you're not just someone who excels at crunching numbers in Excel—you're someone who can provide meaningful and accurate insight using data.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong / advanced Excel skills, and data analytical skills
Experience working within large complex organisations
Exceptional writing skills
Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
Experience in dealing with corporate contracts
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain key relationships
A proven record of being able to work under pressure
Experience with document management systems and proficiency in various Office products
Experience in the public sector and knowledge of machinery of Government processes and standards in relation to official correspondence would be beneficial
