Reporting to the National Manager – Adviser, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships and driving strategic initiatives and growth. You will work closely with the organisation to drive a positive culture of accelerated business performance and require strong sales acumen, proficiency in internal and external stakeholder management and strategic thinking.Key skills and attributes:Drive the strategic planning and delivery for business partners and advisers.Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to drive growth and advocacy across the adviser channel.Work closely with key stakeholders internally to ensure both the adviser strategy and the business strategy are delivering expected outcomes in terms of service, acquisition and sales growth/lead generation, retention and product penetration, and product margins.Contribute to key strategic projects.Ensure advisers are aligned with new business initiatives/campaigns and can maximise any upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Training, small group and one-to-one meetings and by supporting nib events for advisers and adviser events for clients or prospective clients.Manage key business relationships, proactively engaging with management and advisers through face-to-face meetings and phone calls.Be recognised as a key "go-to" person by advisers, particularly in relation to client acquisition, advice processes, giving advice, gaining accreditation, and recommending solutions.About You:Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate and maintain relationships. You'll represent the value proposition clearly and effectively, providing unwavering support to advisers. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to navigate multiple stakeholders with ease.
