We are looking for a dynamic sales individual to join our senior leadership team.
This role is critical in steering the Kiwi Oversize sales team to not only meet but to exceed revenue targets and customer's expectations.
A completely home-grown product born out of the Startery, Kiwi Oversize has enjoyed significant growth over the past 24 months.
If leading from the front, winning business and YOY growth rates in excess of 225% (FY23/24) are what motivates you to succeed, then read on.

Key Strengths & Attributes you will need to have: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction and rapport with customers and team Relentless in the importance of maintaining margin integrity Dynamic in your thought process, make quick decisions and not stall under pressure Driven to achieve goals, business targets and a passion for success Demonstrated ability to make commercial business decisions Key Objectives will be to ensure company revenue targets are met by: Providing direction and leadership to continuously improve the overall performance of our Kiwi Oversize sales team Develop business strategy delivering a premium service to our new business prospects Enhance and protect our market positioning Be the key stakeholder within the senior leadership team for Kiwi Oversize This is a full-time role, based in our Penrose, Auckland office.
