We are looking for a self-motivated and driven National Sales Manager who is capable of taking immediate ownership of our sales strategy and targets, and has the confidence to drive business, ensuring these targets are met and this growth continues. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the MBA sales strategy, activity plans, and identifying new business opportunities in New Zealand for all brands. This role includes maintaining key relationships with grocery and pharmacy accounts to achieve budgeted sales within planned profitability targets.About You:To be successful, you will be an excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen within an SME environment, along with:The ability to motivate a sales team in line with the Company values, with an inspiring personality and communication styleA solid understanding of the FMCG beauty/pharma/health/medicinal market at a National Sales level within either NZ or Aus marketsStrong record of Sales strategic planning and achieving KPIsMinimum 3 years of experience in working with NZ grocery and pharmacy distribution channelsExperience in managing the sales of multiple brands and various categories while coordinating with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, supply and financeDemonstrated ability to communicate, sell, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisationProven experience in managing the field sales and distribution staff and their KPI performances.Proactive and energetic with effective time management skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and OutlookThe ability to 'think outside the square'Adaptability and flexibility – this is a NZ based role, however the ability to travel if required is a must!Hands on experience working with Australian businesses required in order to understand their customersTo Apply:This is a great opportunity to join a family owned and operated business where there is no ceiling on what you could achieve.
