The Role Swanndri has an opportunity for a high-performing leader in retail to join our team as National Retail Manager operating from our Christchurch head office. This is an awesome role managing a team of eight stores with the business having a plan to expand this network over the next three years. If you can demonstrate you've got the goods, then you need to apply for this role.
This is a no exceptions role requiring an exceptional person who is a:
People person leader who can demonstrate they inspire and lead their team in a positive and highly engaged manner.
Sales driven manager who understands the nuances of sales techniques and is analytically smart knowing the important levers to optimise sales.
Highly organised operator who sets a high bar for themselves and team.
Your Strengths and Experience You will be a senior retail area manager, large format or multisite manager, or an existing national retail manager, but what matters most to us is a positive can-do attitude.
You will have strong knowledge of sales processes, retail practices, merchandising, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Your analytical mind will support your organisation skills and commercial awareness.
Previous experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement.
Experience with Apparel21, Kepler & Redseed will be an advantage but not essential.
