Our Contact Centre team are the first point of contact for everyone phoning the Ministry nationwide. This team is the first point of contact for anyone calling the Ministry, from wondering what time their local court opens, queries about Jury Duty to questions about upcoming hearings. All our calls are unique, with every touchpoint in this team viewed as an opportunity to help people. We do so one-call at a time with respect and kindness at the forefront.

How to ApplyAs part of our process we will run an assessment centre via teams.
