Mo te Matou | About the Role:
As the National Pallet Manager, you will oversee our pallet management functions across New Zealand. This pivotal role involves processing transfers, maintaining accurate pallet movement records, conducting physical counts, and reconciling pallet invoices for our warehousing and transport operations nationwide. You will be responsible for reporting all NZ pallet accounts and presenting a weekly invoice summary to local management, whilst identifying potential risks and challenges.
You will also:
Minimize costs through timely processing of pallet transfers. Maintain nil exposure to lost pallets or delayed transfers. Manage and investigate pallet movements and disputes, negotiating resolutions with third parties. Assist with new contract implementations and continuous improvement of pallet control processes. Identify, evaluate, and control hazards and risks in accordance with Linfox Safety Policy. He Korero Mou | About You:
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and safety standards. You will need to have strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that enhance pallet management processes.
You will also:
Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred). Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in pallet or supply chain management. Demonstrate a strong customer focus and passion for understanding and meeting customer needs. Be proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications. Me Pehea te Tono | How to Apply:
