You will also be ready to jump in and support at times, as well as have backup tutors available if staff and contractors are unavailable at short notice.Experience in adult education and holding the relevant qualifications is required. The Education team will support in resource development, but the person in this role should have enough experience to assist in customisation for an employer and support a culture of continuous improvement in this space.There is involvement with a wide range of clients, and you will be passionate about adult education and empowering people's lives. You will have exemplary relationship-building skills.You should also be excited to go the extra mile in an organisation that supports Maori & Pacific students and clients and makes a positive impact in the community and people's lives.You should have the ability to think outside the square and innovate. The ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team to deliver strong and agreed results is essential.The role also requires you to work closely with Sales to produce applications for funding, plus work with Programme Managers on various reports, so attention to detail and strong writing skills are essential.
