You will also be instrumental in developing our presence in the rapidly evolving e-commerce sector.Key Responsibilities:Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key national accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies.New Business Development: Explore and develop new business opportunities, including expanding into e-commerce and electrical retail sectors. Drive growth within existing and new channels.Customer Relationship Management: Lead negotiations, manage customer expectations, and resolve any issues in a timely, professional manner.Sales Growth: Achieve sales and margin growth objectives by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions to clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the Australian business unit and internal teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in key account management and business development, preferably in the consumer goods, lifestyle, or household sectors. Previous experience managing Briscoes, Farmers and Woolworths would be advantageous.Advanced selling and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to identifying and executing business opportunities.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
