Jump in as the leader of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team in either Christchurch or Wellington, where you'll be at the forefront of our safety and wellbeing journey! Your passion for building an inclusive and innovative workplace along with your strong partnering skills will drive key initiatives that achieve outstanding wellbeing outcomes for all. You will lead with purpose, embracing our values to inspire continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing. This includes: Partnering closely with our clinical and quality teams to lead the development of a HSW vision and strategy alongside the implementation of a robust health and safety management system. Providing leadership that fosters a culture of continuous improvement and a deep commitment to safety. Championing multidisciplinary projects and programs, such as the psychosocial critical risk assessment and control implementation program. Spearheading the design and development of an impactful employee wellbeing program. We are looking for someone with: A post graduate degree in occupational health and safety, social work, or a related discipline. At least 5 years' experience working in a similar health and safety leadership role. A proven track record of successfully leading health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in a comparable setting.
